i thought i was going to have to take my mac to an apple store, but after i downloaded this, works like new. My computer did fit the descreption spot on. Great app, hopfully my computer stays good….

every time i go the crash tab the whole thing will stop responding i have to force quit everytime

My Mac isnt running any better. The app doesnt make clear what I need to do to take advantage of the information its giving me. Its also crashed a couple times. I feel like I wasted money getting this.

Be carefull to use it This application can cause serious problem. And be so dangerous. Also there are sveral diffrences between this version and premium version!

I just purchased this app and found that it crashes again and again and causes the laptop to be dead! I request a refund!!!

1) IT Opens - But DOES NOT CLOSE!!! 2) IT Asks for the "Home Directory" BUT DOES NOT help finding this elusive "directory" 3) ONCE OPENED THERE IS NO WAY TO CLOSE IT!!!! 4) I AM GOING TO DELETE IT!! I WAS REALLY HOPING THIS WORKED, BUT ALAS IT DOES NOT!! ;-(

I downloaded this app about 2 years ago and it worked so well, it also had the feature where it would run an optimizing task that also worked well. Now that feature is gone and there are other apps that do what this promises better, and you can even clear your cache and such by yourself. i wish they had kept it the way it was, I remember when it was in the top apps on here.

It corrupt all of my applications when using the “App Shrinker”….DO NOT USE!!!

Contacted customer support 2 times over 4 weeks with no reply. I am missing the disk health icon and the FAQ states to contact thier support. I would recoimmend you not purchase this program based on my experience with thier support. I first downloaded the trial then upgraded to the full version. Do yourself a favor and find another software package with a company willing to support thier product.

This is the worst app i’ve seen in a long time. Seriosly, can’t the creators say from the brggining that it costs? If it changes, i will probably STILL NOT BUY, for a while, from these creators. EXTREAMLY LAGGY on the Macbook Pro mid-2012

everytime I remove this app, it keeps showing up again on my dashboard. Please help!

I am in love with this app. Since the moment I got it instantly fell in love with it. Whenever I find a bug or a problem I always submit it to them so that they can try to fix it. Overall I think its the best app for speeding up your computer. Defenitely a must have!!!!!

Seriously this is the most sucky software ever made. It does nothing bu bloat your system and constinatly suggest that you buy more and more bloatware. What a piece of junk!

I cannot use any of the premium functions, visited customer support. No resolution.

While it comes with some great possibilities, it didn’t do much more than I could have done myself. The supposedly helpful tools can’t be used without the paid for app. This app may have some helpful tips such as tweaking but you have to make the adjustments yourself and things that it suggested are things that I don’t want changed or added to my computer such as resetting defaults. It deleted my downloads folder which I could have done myself and did help with the initial opening time of my computer but that is all. So then in considering whether or not to pay $10 for the real app I have to consider whether or not it is really going to do anything or just make suggestions such as put the whole system back to default. What’s the point? I didn’t get enough proof in this free app to convince me to buy the whole app. Sorry.

You have to purchase to use some things It will delete everything in your downloads by default….not good if there’s things you wish to keep. Didn’t help anything, there are other cleaner apps that do what this does.

THis is something i go to about every two months. It cleans those back-end caches that you can’t easily get to.

You think it is free, until you try using it and it prompts you to make a purchase. Buyer beware!

This is an excellent program. My MacBook Pro has gotten slow over time, and I needed it to regularly clear some temporary files and a whole bunch of other stuff. So far, my system is genuinely faster. It would be nice the App Uninstaller worked right; I purchased the add-on and it didn’t even ask for administrator access when uninstalling programs. Great app, needs work.

To get all of the functions, be willing to spend an extra $10 over and above the initial purchase price (or $10 total if a demo). The app causes damage to the core files within OS X as it is OVERLY aggressive in cleaning those files. I would not buy again and do NOT recommend this app to anyone. Cocktail is a much better choice. Be sure to perform a FULL backup to time machine or super duper, and be willing to spend the hours it takes restoring your system. However, if you have advanced to El Capitan and your backups are of Yosemite, be ready for an all night restoring session. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
