App does not start up after Mountain Lion upgrade.

When I open the app it says to delete and download again from app store. Did that. Nothing helps. This app is not working since the mountain lion upgrade. The worst part is, even though I upgraded to premium after buying the free one, when I want to download premium again it asks to buy. Ridiculous!!

The app was one of my favourite.
